Pursuant to the international law, the law of two countries and based on the planning program of both sides, IRD and HIDS agreed to the terms of cooperation, including: the research areas, methods of work, monitoring, cooperative activities, personnel receiving between the parties, personnel responsibilities, equipments, security, research publications, term of collaboration, applicable law, resolutions of disputing and conditions of canceling the agreement.
