In December 7th 2012, Deputy Director Nguyen Van Quang received The Russian Deputy Minister Of Foreign Affairs to visit and work with HIDS.

On behalf of the Institute, Deputy Director Nguyen Van Quang expressed his pleasure to welcome Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. He also briefed the activities of the HIDS in advising the City People’s Committee and the City Commission.

It is hoped that the visit would promote the bilateral relations between Russia and Vietnam (in general) and in particular with HCM City in the near future.
