• Carrying out studies on socio-economics, environment and urban in order to advise HCM City’s Party Committee and People’s Committee in formulating strategies, policies for the short, medium, and long-term development as well as the city’s annual development schemes.
• Assisting to HCM City’s Party Committee and People’s Committee in analyzing and evaluating actual circumstances; proposing the solutions to strengthen the policy implementation in socio-economics, urban and environment
• Establishing the information system for the use of socio-economics development and environment forecast in order to support effectively the City’s Governance and the socio-economics development policies.
• Carrying out the consultation and evaluation; providing research services to organizations and community.
• Carrying out specialized training courses on socio-economics, urban and environment; carrying out post-graduate education. |
